Morning Star Academy is partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand to offer an after-school program during the school year.
Transportation
There has been a slight change in logistics. Students will now be transported from Morning Star Academy to the Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand Monday through Friday.

Once students arrive at the Club, they will remain with us for the afternoon until they are picked up by an authorized adult.
Student Pickup & Identification
The safety of our students is extremely important to us. All individuals picking up a student will be required to present a photo ID. Please be prepared to show identification at pickup, even if our staff becomes familiar with you.
We appreciate your cooperation as we work to ensure every child is released safely and appropriately.
Program Fees
The after-school program fee is:
$25 per student, per week
One-time $10 registration fee per student
Temporary Payment Process
As we finalize a temporary card-payment integration for Morning Star Academy families, we may need to accept cash payments during the first week of the program.
If cash payment is necessary, a paper receipt will be issued for every payment received for your records.
We understand that this may be less convenient than our normal payment process, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are actively working to have a card-payment option available as soon as possible and will communicate those instructions once finalized.
Most importantly, we are so happy to have your children joining us! Our team is looking forward to welcoming our Morning Star Academy students, helping them settle into their new afternoon routine, and providing them with a safe, supportive, and engaging place to spend their afternoons.

If you would like to enroll your child in the after-school program, please download the packet and submit it directly to DeRonda Edwards with the Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand.
