Title IX Non-Discrimination
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) prohibits sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity) discrimination in any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. The Schools is committed to promoting gender equity, preventing hostile environments based on sex, prohibiting sexual harassment/violence, ensuring protection from retaliation, and remedying other gender-based forms of discrimination in academic settings per the regulations. The school has developed, adopted, and implemented policies and procedures that are consistent with all requirements of the Title IX and state regulations.
