Morning Star Academy is a tuition-free public charter school serving students in Kindergarten through 8th grade in the Myrtle Beach area. Because we are a public charter school, families do not pay tuition to attend. Like traditional public schools, charter schools are funded through public education dollars and are held accountable to state academic, operational, and financial standards.
